Booking Conditions

Stay:
Our prices are set according to the period of use and number of occupants. The maximum number of occupants per house is 4 people. If there is a higher number of reservations we reserve the right to immediately end the stay without any refund to the customer.

Stay starts at 4:00 pm and ends at 12:00 pm

Reservation:
Only after the payment of a 20% of the total price the reservation is secured. The remaining 80% must be paid at check-in.

Booking cancellation:
Up to 30 days before the check-in date the customer can cancel without any penalty. From 30 days until the check in date the customer loses the total value of the signal.

Dropout without cancellation:
No-show without previous notice on the scheduled check-in date will be considered dropout without notice, with retention of 100% of the amount previously paid.

Dropout after entry:
The withdrawal after the entry does not entitle to any kind of refund, resulting in total loss of the amount paid, the same happens with early exit.

Animals:
Pets are not allowed. If the customer brings his pets we have reserved the right to cancel the stay immediately, without any kind of refund.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the houses.
